Projects in Development

Transport and Isolation

Living Life to the Full & Community Transport Scheme

Enabling older people to join in a range of social activities of their choosing. People who use this project will be supported to lead and shape the programme of activities as it develops; with older participants forming a majority on the Steering group. The Community Transport Scheme will be a volunteer led driver initiative supporting the transport needs of adults and older people who are unable to travel without some form of additional assistance. This scheme will support and complement the Living Life to the Full project, as well as transporting people to other places of their choice.
