Alzheimer Scotland believes that no-one should go through dementia on their own.
Dementia Advisors can:
- Provide information, support and advice to help people living with dementia, their family members and carers
- Keep people informed of local sources of support and how to stay active in your community
- Support your local community to become more dementia friendly by talking to groups and raising awareness of dementia
